Order Cancellation Rights
At Padma Publication, we understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled. We provide customers with the ability to cancel their orders under the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Timeline
Orders can be cancelled within the following timeframes:
- Before Payment: Orders can be cancelled anytime before payment is processed.
- Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
- After 24 Hours: If the order has been dispatched or is in the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact customer support.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Navigate to "My Orders" section
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" button
- Provide a reason for cancellation (optional)
- Confirm the cancellation

Refund Processing
Upon successful cancellation:
- Full refund will be initiated to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
- For digital products, refund may not be applicable once accessed
- Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled once ordered:
- Digital products or e-books (once accessed or downloaded)
- Personalized or custom orders
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Clearance or final sale items
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations are generally free of charge. However, in certain cases:
- Processing or transaction fees may be applicable
- Shipping charges (if already incurred) may be deducted
- Partial refunds may be issued if the order has been partially fulfilled
Partial Cancellation
If you wish to cancel only some items from your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate partial cancellations before the order is dispatched.
Cancelled Order Returns
If you have already received the order and wish to return it, please refer to our Return Policy. Cancellation and return are two different processes with their own respective timelines and procedures.
Return Timeline
For orders that have been delivered, we accept returns within the following timeframes:
- 7 Days: Standard return window for most products. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- 3 Days: For discounted or sale items, a shorter return window of 3 days applies.
- No Returns: Digital products, e-books, personalized items, and clearance items cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.
- Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Invoice or order confirmation must be included
Return Processing Timeline:
- Return request approval: 1-2 business days
- Product pickup/return shipping: 3-5 business days
- Quality inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund initiation: 1-2 business days after approval
- Refund reflection: 5-7 business days from initiation
